Every year I offer classes through the Boise School District Community Education Program. Regristration for the Winter Session classes is in full swing. Come, have fun, learn a bunch about your self with like minded people.

Following is a list of the classes I will instruct. Please note that each class is composed of 2 parts; each part a different evening in the same week. The classes occur in the 6:30 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. time frame.

• Enhance Your New Year's Weight Loss Resolution
  
  Improve your willpower and eliminate your resistance to eating right and losing weight. Learn how to stop the yo-yo pattern in your weight loss plans. Interactive class; not just a lecture. Bring your favorite comfort food. 2 evening class

• Exploring Past Lives
  
  What talents and wisdom did you bring with you to this lifetime?
  
  Have you had meaningful recurring dreams in which you were someone else in a different time?
  
  Were these dreams filled with lots of emotions?
  
  Chances are these dreams are flashbacks; signals from your soul telling you it is time to bring resolution to issues from that lifetime.
  
  This class is an exploration into the concept of reincarnation and karma via group discussion and guided visualization. Come with an open mind and an interest in learning and exploration. 2 evening class
